We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and service‑oriented individual to support the store management team and serve as the interim point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager. The candidate should act as a role model, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate strong product knowledge and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash‑handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
