We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service oriented and likes to have fun while they work. The role supports the team to work in alignment with our values and acts as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a role model for the team and calm under pressure, a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. You will assist with administrative and operational duties and store security as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by driving the store’s success, acting as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrated retail sales success
  • Experience in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
