Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with our wonderful customers and educating them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping with loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policies and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and to share your product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
