Stock analysis & optimisation:
- In season trading under the direction of the Retail Planner, focusing on weekly reporting requirements and Monday trade packs.
- Ownership of stock across our omni-channels, identifying stock opportunities & risks.
- Providing regular & ad-hoc analysis to the business at store, market and channel level.
- Monitoring & proposing all stock movements within the business including consolidations and recalls.
- Supporting with channel level forecasts.
Allocation & Replenishment Strategy
- Supporting with analysis and planning of stores.
- Creating allocation plans to channels, setting and managing replenishment parameters.
- Stock level planning for brand events, sale and stock builds for all channels.
Communication with Stores & Wider Business:
- Carrying out regular store visits & building strong relationships with area & store managers.
- Supporting with queries, building relationships and providing insights with the Product Merchandising Team for range planning.
New Store Openings:
- Responsible for strategically planning the range to yield optimum profit.
- Providing regular analysis to the business on performance of new stores and identifying any areas of opportunity and challenges.
WH liaison & throughput forecasting:
- Ensuring WH receives relevant communication with regards to goods recalling from stores, pick quantities & new store openings, new story launches.
- Optimizing stock efficiencies within the warehouse.
