We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female‑first activewear back in 1998. Since then, we've been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women – our sisterhood – we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them. Our sisterhood treats every day like it's made for moving, and we're always pushing to do better too. We use responsibly sourced materials, launched our first‑ever FemTech collection – designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause – and support girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Paid Social and Display Manager as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. In this role, you will lead the regional strategy and day‑to‑day management of Sweaty Betty's Paid Social and Display channels, working closely with e‑commerce, brand, creative, analytics and trade teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns that drive both immediate commercial results and long‑term brand affinity. You will oversee budget allocation across platforms in partnership with the wider Digital and Finance teams, act as the key link between Paid Media and Creative, and share performance insights effectively. As the subject matter expert, you will present innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, manage and develop two direct reports, and regularly report on channel performance. You will also drive innovation across the Paid Social and Display strategy through a robust test‑and‑learn approach, exploring new partners, technologies and opportunities in collaboration with key internal teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Expert experience managing, executing, and delivering campaigns across Paid Social, Video & Display
  • Experience creating and implementing social strategies and in executing testing plans/roadmaps
  • Proven experience identifying and activating platform innovations through Alpha / Beta adoption
  • Strong knowledge of managing performance‑led campaigns and a detailed understanding of the Facebook pixel
  • An analytical, data‑driven methodology to building strategy and mapping out clear KPIs for biddable success that align with business growth and CPA/CAC targets
  • Ability to present results and recommendations to multiple stakeholders clearly and concisely
  • Deep understanding of optimization levers and proven ability to maximize performance
  • Previous experience managing campaigns with large budgets and across multiple markets
  • Excellent attention to detail, both in campaign set‑up / QA’ing and reporting
  • Comprehensive understanding of, and experience working across, both commonplace and emerging social media, video, and display marketing channels
  • A strong team leader with the ability to drive, inspire and motivate a team by providing clear developmental goals, positivity, and a depth of biddable knowledge

The Must Haves:

  • 5+ years’ experience leading biddable strategy for relevant e‑commerce retail brands either in‑house or through an agency
  • 100% fluent within the META platform including campaign structure, QA, reporting, analysis, feed & pixel technical set‑up
  • Experience managing large budgets, line‑managing specialist teams and building bespoke regional first strategies
