We are looking for a highly organised, customer experience‑focused Online Trading Manager to join our growing e‑commerce team. The role will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to deliver relevant, personalised and impactful customer experiences, using data‑led insights to shape decisions and translate performance to the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and trading a region of our e‑commerce websites, using market performance, customer behaviour and competitor insight to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Delivering personalised customer journeys through content, merchandising and experience optimisation to improve conversion, AOV and bounce rate.
  • Responsible for managing the daily in‑season forecast, working through any opportunity and risk, and building trading plans to support delivery.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data across our analytics tools to understand performance and customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and shape actions that improve trading performance.
  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal trading and KPI reporting, alongside ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making and action planning.
  • Leading trading, seasonal, campaign and promotional plans to support business objectives, revenue growth and flawless execution.
  • Owning homepage, PLPs, PDPs, navigation and campaign landing pages to deliver best‑in‑class product storytelling and seamless onsite journeys.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Performance, Planning and Product teams to optimise trading performance and customer experience.
  • Acting as the key stakeholder contact for selected external partners, managing relationships and building strategies together that support our growth plans.
  • Bringing strong online trading knowledge, curiosity and a test‑and‑learn mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing and developing the regional trading team.

Qualifications

  • At least four years’ experience in a similar e‑commerce role within a retail or consumer‑facing brand.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferable.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, Dynamic Yield and Content Square.
  • An analytical and questioning mindset, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving.
  • A dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
