Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales goals and performance metrics & driving the store's success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health & safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
  • Organize and host running and lifestyle events that engage the local community.
  • Build and nurture a strong community around the brand by creating meaningful connections with customers and local groups.
  • Collaborate with external partners to bring energizing and innovative events to the store.
  • Leverage social media and other channels to promote events and share community stories.
  • Gather feedback from community events to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrated retail sales success.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
