Responsible for managing sample workflow and studio logistics, ensuring efficient and high‑quality production of photoshoots.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, check in, label and track all product samples for studio, e‑commerce and creative shoots.
  • Prioritise and prepare samples for daily and weekly shoots, coordinating with the Global Producer, stylists and creative teams; manage multiple weekly collections/drop‑offs between King’s Cross locations.
  • Implement and optimise sample tracking and studio management systems; maintain accurate system tracking and status visibility for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain studio space, equipment, consumables and props, ensuring readiness for all shoots; coordinate servicing and repairs.
  • Support in‑house team with set‑up and breakdown of shoots, including props, backdrops and technical equipment.
  • Liaise with Product, Store and King’s Cross Facilities teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage access for freelancers, talent and contractors, including site support, inductions, access passes and compliance with King’s Cross Estate Services.
  • Support health, safety and DEI standards in the studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in studio coordination, sample management or a similar field, preferably within fashion, e‑commerce or creative industries.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sample‑tracking processes, including barcode/label workflows and basic studio equipment.
  • A confident communicator who works well collaboratively as part of a team.
