Key Responsibilities:
- Daily and weekly cash flow reporting and monitoring including posting of cash receipts and payments into general ledger
- Ownership of credit card posting and accruals process
- Ownership of posting and reconciling concession partner self billing invoices and statements
- Processing of work in progress and fixed asset additions and disposals
- Key support over month end and quarter end close and ability to work to deadlines
- Preparation of selected monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assistance with general compliance and finance processes and key involvement in group SOX compliance
- Review of weekly payment runs and journals runs across multiple currencies and banks
- Effective collaboration with brand and corporate finance teams and wider business
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role
- Proactive approach to working and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred
- Retail/multisite experience preferred
- Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred
