As an Assistant Manager, you will support store operations, resolve issues, and find innovative ways to improve. You should be passionate about customers and team development. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help lead the store, drive sales, and develop a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values, promote inclusivity, and celebrate success.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
