Responsibilities
- Supports receipts and consolidation of inventory and buy plans.
- Partners with Inventory planning and Production planning on creation and execution of integrated, aligned, stable, and agile supply plans to efficiently meet the fill rates, productivity and service level target.
- Engages with lead‑times across the network to support product launches, and effectively communicates and resolves issues with Merch, Sales, and Planning teams.
- Collaborates with Sourcing, Demand and Inventory teams to develop/adjust inputs for production planning and material management flow.
- Collaborates with Inventory Planning on flow strategy, inbound phasing, and rescheduling needs across the DC network to meet defined KPIs and achieve brand revenue plan.
- Validates and confirms buy plan by working with the sourcing, logistics and inventory planning teams.
- Ensures PO confirmation on time by working with the sourcing, logistics and inventory planning teams.
- Supports planning teams in PO creation and SAP system integrity.
- Ensures deliverables are on time and accurate in systems.
- Works with Global Planning teams to develop and implement Supply Planning tools and processes.
- Assists in creation of automated reports to drive business decisions and reviews of performance, opportunity and risk.
- Supports regional planning needs across the European network.
- Performs ad‑hoc analysis and other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain planning (footwear preferred).
- Strong MS Excel skills: demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets to produce reporting that is intuitive and easy to read/understand, advanced formulas and experience with pivot tables required.
- PowerBi or similar reporting experience; and familiarity with forecasting systems and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy on multiple projects under time pressure.
- Highly analytical and extremely self‑motivated with critical thinking mindset.
- Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment and a team player.
