Key Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
