Saucony EMEA is evolving its events strategy to be a core driver of brand growth, cultural relevance and consumer engagement across the region. Events are a critical brand-building platform creating immersive experiences that connect product, community and culture across both offline and online channels.

This role will lead the development of Saucony’s full EMEA brand experience ecosystem, spanning major events, owned IP, and community activations.

Your Role
  • Define and lead the EMEA event strategy across all tiers of events including major marathons, owned flagship events and community activations.
  • Oversee integration of retail and in-store brand experience as part of a unified IRL brand ecosystem.
  • Act as the strategic lead ensuring Saucony shows up in bold, premium and culturally relevant ways.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing channels including social, content, digital, e-commerce, retail and community.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, acting as a centre of excellence for events and brand experience.
Key Accountabilities
  • Define and own the EMEA event strategy and portfolio, aligning to brand and commercial priorities.
  • Set KPIs and growth metrics for all brand events.
  • Own end-to-end event partnership management from planning through execution.
  • Lead cross-channel amplification ensuring events are integrated across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Partner with regional teams to deliver local activations and integrate community ecosystems including run clubs.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, toolkits and guidelines for regional and community teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to local teams in partnerships and stakeholder management.
  • Lead development of bold and innovative participant experiences aligned to target consumer.
  • Manage budgets in collaboration with regional teams and track ROI.
  • Build reporting frameworks and provide regular stakeholder updates.
  • Track and share learnings and insights across the organisation.
  • Identify new event opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead flagship owned events such as Saucony London 10K as scalable brand platforms.
