This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Digital Projects Coordinator on a 12M FTC as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond.

As Sweaty Betty continues to expand globally, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Digital Projects Coordinator to join our growing Digital team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our international ecommerce experience, helping to deliver seamless and engaging customer journeys across every digital touchpoint. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use customer insights to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we consistently deliver best-in-class online experiences. What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with the Digital team on wider projects, ranging from new system implementation and integrations to taking on new business projects.
  • Champions project-based tasks for the SB Digital team in relation to Integration and Modernisation and advocates for PIM/DAM/Let’s Flo best practices and serves as an SME.
  • Partner with the Digital Operations Coordinator on ad-hoc product data enrichment and launching campaign onsite, including brand and trading initiatives.
  • Responsible for Voice of the Consumer data in the team, reviewing all customer touchpoint tools including Reviews and Ratings, NPS and UGC to work cross functionally to cascade and resolve issues.
  • Acting as the owner of BazaarVoice onsite, reporting on business performance monthly and identifying optimisations to improve our engagement rate scores and product data while sharing customer sentiment with product teams.
  • Acting as the SME of NPS onsite, weekly tracking its performance from Get Feedback and reporting to the business on customer feedback, trends and issues while raising tasks and tickets with the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement in NPS scores and digital experience.
  • Acting as the owner of UGC while implementing the social commerce and recommendations strategy to drive conversion rate and our product data onsite.
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the Support Office, especially Digital, Ecommerce, Analytics and Digital Product.

Must Haves:

  • An analytical and questioning mentality, with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Akeneo and DAM beneficial, with advanced Excel skills preferable.
  • Experience in using customer insight tools such as BazaarVoice, StoryStream, Chattermill and GetFeedback preferable.
  • A genuine interest in product data and customer insights, with a drive to improve processes.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to prioritise heavy workloads effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving. Ideas-driven and results focused with the initiative to see these ideas through to fruition.
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills.
