Your SB Journey:
This is a key role within our commercial finance team supporting our eCommerce business and supply chain partners. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager for ecomm, product and marketing, this role supports the delivery of Sweaty Betty's commercial and financial goals.
- Drive trade reporting and analysis to understand key weekly drivers of performance.
- Own the month end close process and lead monthly finance reviews with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders delivering timely and accurate financial information with insightful analysis and commentary that demonstrates comprehensive understanding across the P&L.
- Lead and deliver the Quarterly Forecast Cycles and Annual planning process.
- Drive understanding of key investments, incorporating business case alignment and post investment reviews.
- Build relationships across the Ecommerce, Supply Chain Teams as well as across the wider business.
- Manage, coach, and develop a Finance Analyst.
The Must Haves:
- Fully Qualified Accountant with PQE from a commercial finance setting (Ecommerce experience essential).
- Strong desire to work in a dynamic global activewear business.
- Strong attention to detail and analytics skills (Microsoft Excel), with experience of preparing analysis, insight and recommendations.
- A naturally curious and engaging individual, who can step back and consider the bigger picture.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt methods of thinking with a 'can do' and positive attitude.
- Be an engaged, enthusiastic Go-To member of the SB finance team.
