Your core responsibility is to ensure our consumers enjoy their time in store. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our products.
- Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Managing cash and adhering to security and health & safety procedures.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Retail environment. The shifts you are applying for are: Sunday 12:00-16:00 and Friday 12:00-16:00. Flexibility is required, as you may occasionally be asked to work hours outside of these times based on business needs.
