Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well‐presented store at all times.
Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, commitment to product knowledge, and authentic customer service that creates lasting experiences.
Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, drive the store’s success, act as an ambassador, and support local marketing efforts.
Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, handle cash transactions, and control stock.
- Maintain store presentation and execute visual merchandising mandates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences.

- Support local marketing initiatives and act as a brand ambassador.
- Perform administrative, operational, and security duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a retail sales role.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing position.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Well‑versed in product knowledge and store standards.
- Self‑motivated and dependable with administrative support skills.
- Flexible schedule, available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
