Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers and educate them on product, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishment, loss prevention, health & safety procedures.
- Handle cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety and stock accuracy.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
