This is a 6-month FTC, part-time role of 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks: setting up sessions, updating content, adding events, creating communications, following up on learning assignments, reporting metrics, writing articles, and creating videos.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling rooms, arranging equipment and materials, managing communications, printing/training materials, preparing sign-in sheets, and managing evaluation feedback.
- Content creation: create and edit videos and articles on Learning and Inclusion topics.
- Collaborate with Store Ops: ensure message dissemination to store teams and support ongoing projects.
- Support content development: contribute to the new EMEA Induction program.
- Facilitate learning sessions: support sessions for the EMEA region.
- Manage shared inboxes and support regional and social events.
