This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Finance Analyst as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond by managing payments and communications with key suppliers across the entire landscape of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly cash flow reporting and monitoring including posting of cash receipts and payments into general ledger
  • Ownership of credit card posting and accruals process
  • Ownership of posting and reconciling concession partner self-billing invoices and statements
  • Processing of work in progress and fixed asset additions and disposals
  • Key support over month end and quarter end close and ability to work to deadlines
  • Preparation of selected monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assistance with general compliance and finance processes and key involvement in group SOX compliance
  • Review of weekly payment runs and journals runs across multiple currencies and banks
  • Effective collaboration with brand and corporate finance teams and wider business

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • Proactive approach to working and desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week
  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred
  • Retail/multisite experience preferred
  • Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred
