Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrated retail sales success.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for the brands and brand lifestyles.
