Key Responsibilities
- Be a role model and motivate your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive work environment.
- Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role‑model behaviours for the team.
- Assist in driving sales, commerciality and maintaining standards, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes, and develop relationships across the business.
- Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
- Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
- Act as the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, educating the team and advising customers.
- Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
- Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
