Responsibilities
- Support the daily trading of Saucony’s EMEA e‑commerce sites, with ownership of French site content accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Ensure all products are set up accurately for launch, including pricing, imagery, descriptions and categorisation.
- Prepare the sites for seasonal launches, sales and marketing campaigns.
- Support and refine French‑language copy, including proofreading and content suggestions.
- Merchandise Product List Pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud sorting rules, optimising for seasonal, regional and email‑driven activity.
- Set up and QA promotions, coupon codes and onsite messaging, ensuring a flawless customer journey before launch.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, ContentSquare) to support trading decisions and contribute to weekly reporting.
- Carry out regular QA checks in collaboration with internal teams to ensure site accuracy and performance.
- Work closely with Content, Design and Marketing teams to deliver a cohesive digital experience.
Qualifications
- Native French speaker (essential).
- Strong attention to detail with a commercial and customer‑first mindset.
- Analytical and curious approach; confident Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with e‑commerce and analytical tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
