An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our newly promoted Women & Girls team as a Safeguarding & Player Care Officer. Based at our Academy, the successful candidate will look to implement and promote our Safeguarding policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines to maximise the safety, welfare and holistic development of children, young people, adults at risk, and First Team players whilst leading and delivering a proactive, player-centred care programme, providing pastoral, emotional, and welfare support to First Team players.
