An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wolverhampton Wanderers as an HR Manager- Employee Relations (Fixed Term Contract). We are seeking a highly capable Employee Relations professional with a proven track record of operating in complex, fast-paced environments. This is a hands-on, operational role where you will work in close partnership with stakeholders across the Club and the wider HR team, managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
You will play a key role in delivering expert ER support, alongside contributing to the development of HR policies, strengthening governance frameworks, and overseeing a diverse range of employment and engagement arrangements, including the review and audit of casual workers. As Employee Relations Lead, you will drive the delivery of a proactive, high-quality ER service across all areas of the Club.
You will ensure that people practices are fair, consistent and legally compliant, while supporting a high-performance culture through effective decision making, risk mitigation, and the promotion of a positive and inclusive working environment across football, commercial and business operations. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offered on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract.
