We are looking for a casual Racecourse Service Team Leader to join our team at Wolverhampton Racecourse!

About the role: You will assist the Racecourse Services Manager with cleaning duties across the racecourse and the Holiday Inn hotel during and after racing fixtures and events. Previous leadership experience is required, along with strong cleaning and supervisory skills. The role requires the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. You must also have good communication skills, both in person and via radio, to coordinate with and support your team.

Duties will include:

  • Servicing Public Areas Including Toilets, Offices & Staff Areas
  • Sanitising, Hoovering, Polishing & Mopping Bedrooms & Hotel Calls
  • Bins & Occasional Litter Picking
  • Reporting To Racecourse Service Manager
  • Reporting Maintenance Issues
  • Delegating tasks

Previous cleaning & leadership experience is required for this role.
