We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on
Guest Services Food & Beverage to join our team at the Holiday Inn, Wolverhampton Racecourse.
From welcoming hotel guests and racegoers to supporting major events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while helping lead our Food & Beverage team.
What you'll be doing
As an integral member of our hotel operations team, you'll support the Hotel Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of our Food & Beverage operation, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and motivating the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Assisting with team rotas, staffing, training and ongoing development.
- Helping drive sales through upselling and creating memorable dining and bar experiences.
- Managing stock ordering, cellar operations and bar audits.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and brand compliance.
- Supporting reception during busy check-in and check-out periods when required.
- Acting as Duty Manager on occasion, including hotel, racecourse and event days.
- Ensuring our guests always receive a warm welcome and personal service.
About you
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
- Experience with rota planning and stock control is desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days.
