ARC is the largest racecourse group in the UK, where we race almost every day of the year! We focus on providing wonderful experiences for Raceday visitors, corporate clients and families looking to enjoy our diverse venues. We are now looking for additional workers to join our team. We value the contribution of all our workers as they are the people who turn our customer experiences from being great to being fantastic! Please note you will be expected to be flexible to meet the needs of the business and Wolverhampton Racecourse, working weekends is a requirement. Possible duties for Racing and Event Stewards could include: Steward assistant duties Steward supervisory duties Car parking steward duties Gate and barrier steward duties Customer service is an important element of the duties of a Steward, as they are often the first and last representatives of the ARC racecourse that customers meet during their day at the races. Workers should enjoy interacting with customers; greeting customers upon arrival, helping them to locate the entrances, bidding farewell to customers and informing them of future racedays.
