As the central coordination point for our busy Repairs Team, you’ll ensure the right operative is in the right place at the right time – supporting performance, resolving scheduling challenges, and helping us deliver a first‑class service to tenants across the city.

What you’ll be doing

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of property-related services, including emergency and responsive repairs, improvements, void refurbishments, adaptations, and disrepair works. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance and driving improvement

  • Ensuring real‑time, accurate information, reporting, and data integrity
