Hours: 37 hours per week (Attend site and meetings outside normal working hours to meet service needs, as required), We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to join our Property Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality planned maintenance and improvement works across our housing stock, ensuring residents receive excellent services and value for money.

- What you'll be doing
- Monitoring and managing contractor performance to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Carrying out inspections and quality checks on completed works.
- Managing customer issues, complaints and service failures, ensuring positive outcomes for residents.
- Building effective working relationships with contractors, residents and internal teams.
- Challenging poor performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitoring KPIs, contractor compliance and service performance.
- Supporting the delivery of planned maintenance programmes and property improvement projects.
- Ensuring Health & Safety, compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
- Attending contractor meetings and contributing to performance reviews and service development initiatives.
