Our talented Advanced Multiskilled Operatives (AMOs) carry out a wide range of repairs, making a real impact on the quality, safety, and comfort of our customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high‑quality work “right first time” with minimal disruption to customers
- Keeping customers informed and delivering excellent service
- Working safely, following procedures and proactively minimising risks
- Accurately completing job records using digital systems
- Supporting apprentices and trainees when required
- Maintaining van stock and using tools, materials and equipment responsibly
Special condition: Full and valid Manual Driving Licence required
What you'll be doing
You will use your skills across at least three core trades, such as:
- Bricklaying
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Plumbing
Qualifications
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering or Plumbing
- Wide‑range experience across at least three core trade areas
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, plan own workload and meet deadlines
- Committed to customer satisfaction and delivering a quality job every time
- Valid Manual UK driving licence
- willingness to undertake further training and maintain accreditations
