We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Compliance Officer to join us at Wolverhampton Homes. This role is all about helping us operate responsibly and sustainably – identifying environmental risks, improving practices, and embedding environmental thinking across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the identification, assessment and management of environmental risks across the organisation
- Analyse environmental, waste and carbon data to drive insight and continuous improvement
- Support and embed environmental compliance processes and best practice across teams
- Contribute to key initiatives, including carbon reduction and waste management programmes
- Influence and support colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistent and effective environmental compliance
About you
- Do you have a genuine interest in environmental sustainability, compliance or risk?
- Are you confident working with data and using it to identify trends and opportunities for improvement?
- Can you interpret legislation, information and data and apply it in a practical, real‑world way?
