Overview:
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Property Services Division as an Electrician. This is your chance to be part of a dedicated team that takes pride in serving the community, values your technical expertise, and invests in your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical testing, repairs, installations, and maintenance across a variety of domestic properties and communal areas.
- Work across multiple service areas including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Aids & Adaptations, Planned Improvements, and EICR Programme.
- Ensure all work meets high standards and contributes to safe, well-maintained homes.
- Report any issues related to property condition, estate management, or safeguarding.
About you:
- Demonstrate significant experience working in the built environment and/or maintenance and social housing environments.
- Willingness to undertake specific training to develop competence in the role, including Health and Safety Training.
- Hold the following qualifications (or equivalent): City & Guilds Part I & II Electrical Installation, NVQ Level 3, AM218th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (latest amendment), Inspection & Testing Certificate (2391 or equivalent).
