We're looking for a Senior Property Inspector to lead our Property Inspectorate Team and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality inspections, surveys and data collection across our housing stock. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical property knowledge with people leadership, helping to drive service improvement, performance and quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll lead and support a team of Property Inspectors and Assistant Property Inspectors while ensuring customers receive an efficient, high-quality service.
  • Managing and motivating a team of Property Inspectors.
  • Monitoring inspection performance and service delivery.
  • Quality assuring surveys and inspection data.
  • Identifying trends and risks across the housing stock.
  • Supporting compliance with Awaab's Law and housing standards.
  • Developing staff through coaching, supervision and training.
  • Working collaboratively with repairs, housing and asset teams.
