Key Responsibilities
- Support children aged 4 to 11 in the after‑school club and routine childcare activities.
- Motivate and engage children in play and learning activities.
- Promote positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
- Contribute to a safe and child‑safe environment respecting safeguarding policies.
- Work as part of a team to organise and deliver educational and recreational activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Understanding of child development and learning.
- Experience in an after‑school club or childcare setting.
- Resilience and adaptability.
Regulated Activity
