This is a senior leadership role in the CCH Tagetik business, responsible for defining the growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensuring disciplined execution across strategic initiatives, pricing, commercial operations and migration to cloud efforts

The role directly impacts revenue growth, margins, cloud and AI transformation of the installed customer base, and enterprise deal economics, while reducing risk & commercial leakage

This role oversees Strategy/GTM, Pricing & Commercial ops and Customer Migrations, resources

Drive execution on the business strategy & GTM formulation, PMO governance, global pricing, contract administration and customer migrations with alignment, ensuring the business delivers profitable growth, pricing discipline, and operational rigor.

The role also requires strong hands-on business analytics capability, leveraging data to drive insights, challenge performance, and support decision-making across the business.

The candidate will be an integrator across key functions, influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and performance tracking.

  • Strategy & Growth Definition
  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the global business growth (GTM) strategy, incorporating market and technology trends, competitive intelligence and benchmarking, customer segmentation and priority verticals
  • Define and operationalize the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including segmentation and changes to coverage models as needed
  • Align business and GTM strategy with product technology roadmaps for optimal market positioning & maximize value creation
  • Define and prioritize strategic initiatives with measurable success metrics
  • Be a strategic advisor on growth trade-offs, investment allocation, and GTM direction
  • Run various business reporting processes: monthly business & division reviews, divisional and annual strategic planning - ensuring execution cadence and global operating rhythms
  • Strategic PMO & Execution Governance
  • Oversee execution of critical GTM and strategic initiatives across regions and functions through the PMO team, ensuring alignment to growth priorities and commercial outcomes
  • Track performance against strategy and surface execution risks and required pivots
  • Prioritize project portfolio and resourcing toward highest-value and most complex initiatives
  • Ensure cross-functional accountability across BU functions and a culture of execution discipline, transparency and measurable outcomes
  • Strategic Pricing, Monetization & Contract Administration
  • Oversee, evolve, and execute the global pricing and monetization strategy for the platform, including AI-enabled capabilities
  • Implement pricing models, packaging, bundling, and discounting guardrails aligned with product and GTM strategy
  • Embed into the CRM/CPQ processes and drive improvements in quote to cash
  • Partner with Sales leadership to guide complex deal structuring and negotiations and optimize risk-return trade-offs at the customer and portfolio level
  • Establish governance across discounting, deal approval, and pricing compliance
  • Oversee commercial controls: license, entitlement, key management, contract compliance and governance
  • Implement monitoring and auditing frameworks to minimize revenue leakage
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to enable renewals, upgrades, and upsell motions and ensure accurate and scalable contract execution
  • Migration to Saa S/Cloud/Subscription
  • Lead enterprise-wide Saa S and cloud migration program, driving the transition from on-premises technology and licensing models to Saa S and subscription offerings.
  • Adjust pre-defined customer cohorts as needed, refine migration strategies and commercial trade-offs to execute the migration while managing attrition and revenue impact
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and executive reporting for migration: retention, expansion, adoption, uplifts and impact to ARR and revenues
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and Finance too ensure successful customer migrations, value realization, and long-term subscription growth

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, ability to synthesize market and competitor trends into insights, product & financial inputs into dynamic yet actionable plans
  • Experience in and ability to manage multiple streams of work across strategy, GTM, Saa S pricing, commercial operations, PMO and customer migrations
  • Deep expertise in Saa S pricing and monetization models, including AI-driven value realization
  • Be able to think in what-ifs and scenarios and drive execution surfacing needs to pivot as needed
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytics capability to drive data-based decision making
  • Familiarity with agentic tools and impact for internal work and market evolution
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals and internal transformations across stakeholders
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence without authority and integrate the leadership
  • Proven operational rigor, governance discipline, and attention to detail

Experience Profile

  • 10-15+ years in strategy, pricing, transformations/migrations, or top-tier consulting
  • Significant experience in enterprise Saa S / software (EPM, ERP, or adjacent preferred)

• Demonstrated track record in

  • Defining, operationalizing, and scaling business and GTM strategy
  • Leading pricing transformations and monetization strategies
  • Managing PMO or large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Supporting complex enterprise deal environments
  • Experience with cloud transformation and Saa S business models strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build, develop and run multiple high-performance teams
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
