We’re looking for a Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant to join our Northern Europe Solutions Consulting team, supporting enterprise sales of our AI‑enabled finance transformation platform, CCH Tagetik.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand their finance challenges, processes, and goals.
  • Translate business needs into compelling solution narratives and tailored proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
  • Deliver engaging product demos to senior finance stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Support the full sales cycle – from early qualification through to deal close – as a trusted finance advisor.
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs with clear, value‑driven responses.
  • Continuously refine and enhance demo assets to reflect evolving customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to Product and Services teams to help shape roadmap and delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing on events, webinars, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex finance concepts.
  • Apply a structured, analytical, and consultative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Work confidently across Sales, Product, Services, and Partners.
  • Understand emerging finance technologies, including AI‑driven capabilities such as predictive forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in industry finance (e.g., FP&A, Financial Close, Reporting, Group/Divisional Finance).
  • Experience in finance transformation or consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of finance operating models, including planning cycles, close processes, and business partnering.
  • Hands‑on experience with EPM/CPM systems (implementation, usage, or pre‑sales exposure).
  • Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA or equivalent, fully or part‑qualified).
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders using value‑led storytelling.
  • Nice to have: experience in operating model design, process improvement, or transformation roadmaps.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
  • Nice to have: basic understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.
