About the role
Advance your consulting career as a Consultant in our Consulting Professional Services team. Building on your foundational skills, you’ll take a more active role in project delivery, contributing to a variety of consulting assignments. You will help key project activities and support senior consultants in delivering meaningful solutions. This role provides a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can refine your consulting expertise and expand your professional capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy on CCH Central, focusing on Accounts Production and Trust Accounts.
- Deliver internal training to support colleague and organisational development.
- Maintain and develop training materials, including digital content.
- Conduct training needs analysis and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Draft reports, support presentations, and assist in prototype testing.
- Participate in customer events, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Lead implementations, coordinate project timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
- Support quality assurance, drive process improvements, and participate in project reviews.
