About the Role

TeamMate, a Wolters Kluwer business, is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on demand generation, pipeline growth, and campaign optimisation across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in delivering measurable marketing outcomes while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital demand-generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web channels to drive pipeline growth and ROI.
  • Build and optimise email marketing and nurture programmes, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and improve paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and implement a localised EMEA social media strategy aligned with global brand and messaging.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Optimise web and campaign pages for SEO and conversion across regional markets.
  • Adapt global campaigns and messaging for local markets, ensuring relevance and consistency.
  • Support the creation of campaign assets including case studies, videos, and sales enablement materials.
  • Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events as part of integrated campaigns.
  • Provide occasional support for in-person events, including coordination with venues, vendors, and speakers.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital or demand-generation marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, lead quality, and measurable ROI.
  • Strong hands-on experience across email marketing, paid media, social, and web campaigns.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, including segmentation, nurture journeys, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficient with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua) and data analysis.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Comfortable working across international teams and regional markets.
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g. ON24) and workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, Zapier) is a plus.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
  • Experience in software or technology industries preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic) are a plus.
