About the Role: As a Sales Strategy Manager supporting CP&ESG, you'll independently execute specialized tasks that enhance the efficiency and quality of our revenue operations. Your expertise will drive the optimization of processes, ensuring our sales teams can deliver outstanding results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the effectiveness of our revenue operations through meticulous execution and continuous improvement.

Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross‑functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Proven ability to build automated, database‑driven workflows and reduce spreadsheet dependence. Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI and experience working with sales analytics platforms, ensuring strong adoption, accurate data integrity, and effective system utilization. Focused on driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sales operating rhythms. Highly organized, accountable, and willingness to move initiatives forward with precision and clarity.
