About the Role
We are seeking a proven strategic, results-driven Head of Technology Recruitment to lead our global Technology Recruitment function.
This role will define and execute the hiring strategy for technical talent at scale, supporting dynamic change across multiple regions and business units.
As the Head of Technology Recruitment, you will lead and scale high-performing, globally distributed recruiting teams, ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier engineering and technical talent.
You will partner closely with executive leadership, Engineering, Product, and HR to align hiring strategies with business objectives, while continuously improving processes, tools, and employer branding.
This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone with experience in large-scale, Saa S or enterprise environments, who can operate both strategically and hands-on when required.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global technology recruitment strategy aligned with company growth goals and workforce planning.
- Lead a substantial global organization of recruitment managers and individual contributors, ensuring alignment, performance, and capability development across all regions.
- Report directly to the VP of Talent Planning, Acquisition and Onboarding, providing regular updates on hiring performance, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Own end-to-end hiring performance for technical roles, including engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and security.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (Engineering, Product, HR, Finance) to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, frameworks, and best practices to support high-volume and specialized hiring.
- Drive continuous improvement in key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity representation, and candidate experience.
- Establish strong employer branding strategies to attract top technical talent in competitive global markets.
- Leverage data, analytics, and recruiting technologies to optimize sourcing effectiveness and decision-making, quality and quantity of hires
- Build and expand global talent pipelines, including passive candidate engagement
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in recruitment practices across regions.
- Stay current with market trends in technical hiring, compensation, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5+ years leading global technical recruiting teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment functions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong experience hiring for technical roles across engineering, product, and related domains.
- Background in Saa S or enterprise software environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategy to organizational priorities.
- Experience selecting, implementing and optimizing ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
