Responsibilities:
- Manage project portfolios by establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout the Enablon organization.
- Manage day-to-day implementation of enterprise software solutions, delivering on time and on budget.
- Operational management of the project (functional, technical, planning, and organizational aspects).
- Build strong relationships with clients and focus on satisfaction.
- Ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables (including internal validation and testing).
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, communicating roles and expectations to ensure effective team performance.
- Provide work direction and leadership to moderately complex projects, including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of efforts, as well as assisting less experienced project managers.
- Assess variances from the project plan, gather metrics, and develop/implement changes to stay within scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Participate in formal review with the business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of IT and Software Implementation Experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Proven track record in project planning, execution, control, and closure.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Leadership qualities: models good leadership, mentors others, manages change.
