This role is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of both in-person and digital marketing campaigns that support our strategic objectives across the EMEA region.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in **event management and digital marketing**. The ideal candidate will work individually or with a team on various marketing activities to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing KPIs across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced environment with occasional international travel.**Key responsibilities:** • Plan, coordinate and execute webinars and in-person events across the EMEA region, ensuring strong participation, lead generation, and ROI. • Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, supplier liaison, speaker management, and on-site support. • Collaborate with internal teams—including remote colleagues across sales, product, and global marketing—to develop and publish event collateral (e.g., brochures, signage, giveaways). • Tailor messaging and content to suit local markets and partner networks, ensuring relevance and resonance across diverse audiences. • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content creation, scheduling, and reporting. • Track and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and engagement metrics. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as case studies, product videos, and sales enablement materials. • Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and support general marketing operations. **Skills:** • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and event management. • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote team environments. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce preferred). • Familiarity with tools like ON24, Monday.com, Cvent, ZoomInfo is a plus • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and social media platforms. • Basic design and video editing skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro) are a plus. • Experience in the software or technology sector is advantageous. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and customer-focused. • Fluency in English is required; Language skills in another European language (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) are highly desirable, with the ability to support translation and localization efforts.
