We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our next‐generation SaaS products serving the Tax and Accounting market. You'll play a key role in ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs, deliver measurable business value, and strengthen our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the product vision and strategy: define how our SaaS solutions deliver differentiated value to accountants and finance professionals, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
  • Drive product‐market fit: ensure our products are positioned, packaged, and delivered effectively to meet market expectations and achieve commercial success.
  • Own the product roadmap: develop and maintain a clear, outcomes‐focused roadmap that balances innovation, customer impact, and commercial priorities.
  • Understand the customer deeply: conduct in‐depth market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation.
  • Translate insights into action: define and communicate clear product requirements and user stories that guide design and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate cross‐functional collaboration: bring together design, engineering, and go‐to‐market teams to deliver cohesive, high‐quality product experiences.
  • Measure success: use data, analytics, and customer feedback to assess performance and continuously iterate on features and positioning.
  • Champion customer experience: advocate for usability, reliability, and seamless integration across the product ecosystem.
  • Support go‐to‐market execution: partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to plan effective launches and drive adoption.
  • Manage delivery risk: anticipate challenges and collaborate cross‐functionally to maintain delivery momentum and quality.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, ideally within the Tax, Accounting, or Financial software sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer needs, market trends, and commercial goals into actionable product plans.
  • Deep understanding of product‐market fit, pricing models, and SaaS lifecycle management.
  • Skilled in roadmapping, requirements definition, and data‐informed decision‐making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build consensus across design, engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating in agile environments with strong collaboration and delivery practices.
  • Aware of regulatory and compliance considerations in the Tax and Accounting domain.
  • Desirable: experience with audit automation, workflow digitisation, or AI‐driven financial products.
