Ensure migration readiness across all participating functions prior to each migration wave, including resource availability, governance, customer preparation and operational planning. Provide executive recommendations on resource allocation, outsourcing opportunities, partner utilization and execution scalability.
  • Customer migration execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of commercial and technical migrations from customer qualification through technical assessment, commercial design, implementation, testing, product transition and post-go-live optimization.
