The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, and content strategist who can translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for B2B Saa S audiences.

This person will be comfortable creating content directly, developing multi‑quarter content roadmaps, managing external writers, and partnering across demand generation, sales, product, and marketing to support the full customer journey.

About us

Wolters Kluwer Team Mate is a global leader in audit management, assurance and GRC software, serving customers in over 150 countries.

Team Mate solutions help audit, risk, compliance, controls and GRC teams drive efficiency, insight, and value.

This role will support content that educates the market, strengthens brand visibility, and helps differentiate our offerings across the governance, risk, compliance, and information security space.

Key responsibilities

  • Create high‑value written content, including thought leadership articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, website copy, and product messaging for B2B Saa S audiences.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences across the buying journey.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for organic SEO, AI discoverability, and social channels to increase brand visibility and recognition among target audiences.
  • Build and implement a multi‑quarter content strategy that supports authority‑building in the GRC, information security, risk, and compliance space.
  • Manage external writers and content contributors, including assigning work, editing drafts, refining messaging, and ensuring all content meets quality and brand standards.
  • Build editorial calendars, content workflows, and repeatable processes that improve consistency, production velocity, and alignment across channels.
  • Develop original research, industry reports, and market insights that educate prospects and help differentiate the business from competitors.
  • Repurpose and amplify content into engaging social media posts that extend reach, increase audience engagement, and support brand awareness goals.
  • Track content performance metrics, analyze what resonates with audiences, and refine the strategy based on data and campaign insights.
  • Partner with demand generation, sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and supports the full customer journey.
  • Support content distribution and promotion strategies across digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and sales enablement channels.

About you

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B Saa S content marketing experience, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating multiple content types.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality written content and refine work from external writers.
  • Strong content creation skills and the ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, audience‑focused narratives.
  • Experience building thought leadership programs, content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and full‑funnel content strategies.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, AI discoverability, organic social strategy, content performance analytics, and data‑driven optimization.
  • Experience managing freelance writers, agencies, or content contributors while maintaining hands‑on involvement in content creation.
  • Experience developing social media posts with an understanding of social engagement metrics and content performance analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with GRC, risk management, information security, or compliance is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with social media and employee advocacy tools such as Sprout Social is preferred.
  • Event content strategy, media relations, PR, content distribution, or promotion experience is advantageous.
