ABOUT WOLTERS KLUWER
Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services. We serve professionals in healthcare, tax and accounting, governance risk and compliance, and legal and regulatory markets. As a publicly listed company with a global investor base, investor relations is a critical function at the center of our strategy, performance, and market credibility.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Investor Relations team in London. You will work closely with the Vice President Investor Relations and senior finance and business leaders across the organization. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who enjoys combining financial analysis, written communication, and stakeholder interaction in a fast-paced public markets environment. The role is content-driven rather than event-driven and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work under immovable deadlines. Depending on experience and demonstrated autonomy, the role may be appointed at Analyst or Senior Analyst level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- External financial communication: You will draft, review, and coordinate a wide range of investor relations materials, including trading updates and financial results presentations, regulatory announcements and earnings releases, annual report sections and supporting disclosures, investor presentations, roadshow materials, conference speeches, and capital markets day content. You will ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all external IR communications in close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and senior management.
- Investor data and content management: You will maintain and develop the Investor Fact Book and Investor Fact Sheet, manage financial data and content for the Investor Relations website and other IR communication channels, and ensure accuracy and consistency of public financial market data across external platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, and similar services.
- Market and peer analysis: You will monitor sell-side analyst research, forecasts, and consensus models, track and analyze broker commentary, peer disclosures, and competitor reporting, and prepare concise summaries and insights for the VP Investor Relations and, when required, for executive or supervisory board audiences.
- Analysis and ad hoc projects: You will contribute to a wide range of analytical and research projects, including peer benchmarking on disclosure practices, accounting treatments, guidance approaches, and KPIs, review of best practices in investor relations communication, ESG disclosure, and IR technology, and support on M&A related disclosures and investor communications when required.
- Q&A and stakeholder support: You will prepare and maintain investor and analyst Q&A documents across financial, strategic, and governance topics, support senior management and divisional leadership with IR-related presentations and messaging, and help shape clear and consistent equity story messaging for external and internal audiences.
- Events and engagement: You will support the VP Investor Relations and senior management during investor roadshows, conferences, and selected IR events, including preparation of materials and follow-up analysis.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience and background: Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or investment management. Strong understanding of financial statements and public company reporting. Experience in software, information services, or publishing is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA, CFA, or equivalent financial training is a strong advantage.
Skills and capabilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to write clear, precise, and publication-ready content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial information. High attention to detail and quality standards. Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Excel proficiency. Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform under time pressure. Professional presence and confidence when interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Personal attributes: Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working in a small, high-intensity team. Curious, resilient, and motivated to build a long-term career in investor relations. Collaborative and service-oriented in a global organization.
Travel: Occasional travel is required, typically less than 30 percent.
Working at Wolters Kluwer: You will join a small, experienced Investor Relations team with direct exposure to senior leadership, the executive board, and the global investment community. The role offers significant learning opportunities, responsibility, and visibility within a stable, high-quality listed company operating at the forefront of digital and AI-driven transformation.
