As part of DoorDash, we’re building the global local commerce platform — and that includes transforming how we use data, AI, and technology internally to support our people and business decisions at scale. We are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Data & AI Platform to join our Talent Intelligence organization. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, and strategy, helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable, flexible, AI-powered experiences and tools. This is a highly cross‑functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex data problems, and operating in a fast‑moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities
- Drive improvements across data architecture, infrastructure, and production tooling
- Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Scouting teams to build flexible AI-native solutions
- Support the development of production‑grade ML and predictive modeling capabilities
- Help modernize and simplify existing analytics ecosystems and workflows
- Influence technical direction and platform decisions across Talent Intelligence initiatives
- Build scalable infrastructure that enables faster experimentation, research, and insights generation
- Operate as a strategic partner across both technical and business stakeholders

- Strong background in Data Engineering and scalable data platform development
- Experience working with infrastructure management and/or ML infrastructure
- Proven ability to operate across strategy and hands‑on technical execution
- Experience collaborating closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture and production environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building in evolving AI environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with predictive modeling and production ML systems
- Background in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Tech
- Experience modernizing legacy analytics systems into AI-native experiences
- Previous experience building internal platforms or self‑serve tooling ecosystems
