About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. What you’ll be doing
As Senior Manager of Talent Development, you will play a key role in building and scaling leadership development for our most important talent needs. You’ll own global leadership initiatives end to end, partnering with Talent Management, People Business Partners, People Analytics, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to deliver development that’s as dynamic as the business we support. Success in this role means using data-driven insights to set priorities, building strong relationships with leaders and partners, and measuring impact against key people metrics. You will report to the Director of Talent Development at DoorDash. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote, anchored to whichever corporate office you are closest.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Talent Management: Build processes and mechanisms that allow teams to monitor talent management inputs and outcomes at scale.
- Leadership Development: Drive leadership priorities and deliver programs that build critical skills, grow careers, and strengthen a culture of ownership.
- Talent Acceleration: Develop leaders to grow with the pace of our business, lead in complex environments, and role model our values.
- Innovation in Learning: Redefine how we use AI and emerging tech in leadership development to create scalable, personalized learning.
- Leading at Scale: Build a strong bench of leaders as teachers in development programs and learning forums.
- Learning Measurement: Establish impact measures and apply insights to continually improve and strengthen programs.
Our humble expectations
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, L&D, or Talent Management, with a track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven success designing and scaling leadership development initiatives globally, with the ability to pilot, learn, and iterate quickly.
- In-house experience delivering a full suite of solutions—in-person, virtual, leader-led, asynchronous, and AI-driven learning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including guiding leaders through change.
- Analytical expertise in measuring the impact of development programs and using data to shape strategy and priorities.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, building roadmaps while executing effectively; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
What we offer
This is a role for builders: you’ll take on one of our top priorities—developing leaders and raising the performance bar. You’ll reimagine the leadership development journey with fresh approaches, using AI and new ways of thinking to deliver consistency and quality in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
You’ll be part of a high-impact People team that shapes how we scale, develop talent, and create an engaging workplace. If you’re passionate about building people strategies, growing leadership, and driving organizational success, we’d love to hear from you!
