What you’ll be doing
- You’ll contribute to the strategy and execution of our compliance technology stack, including building internal tools, APIs, and automation for regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, audit readiness, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- You’ll own product initiatives end‑to‑end: identifying problems, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing opportunities, and driving execution together with engineering and design teams.
- You’ll work closely with teams like Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Operations to understand evolving regulations and ensure we build scalable solutions that support the business globally.
- You’ll help bring clarity to ambiguous and fast‑changing problem spaces, balancing regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Our humble expectations
- A strong grasp of EU regulatory frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC and KYB, Payments Regulations, Tax regulations, Invoicing and e‑Invoicing systems.
- Experience translating legal or compliance requirements into product solutions.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including prioritization, stakeholder management, discovery, and execution.
- High level of technical and analytical fluency. Comfortable working with APIs, data models, audits, and reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with financial services infrastructure such as KYC, KYB and AML systems, licensing processes, scalable invoicing platforms incl. e‑Invoicing, and/or core banking platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience collaborating across legal, finance, operations, and engineering.
- Ability to operate effectively in high‑ambiguity environments and drive impact despite incomplete information.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong domain expertise in Fintech, Payments, RegTech, or Financial Services.
- A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
